On November 6th 2015, a Stolperstein was laid in front of Darmstädter Str. 20 in Heppenheim. It commemorates Sophie Fischer, who died in Theresienstadt in 1943.

At the stone laying ceremony for Sophie Fischer in 2015, three girls from the Martin Buber School in Heppenheim spoke the following text. They took it in turns to ask and answer questions. To make the text more comprehensible, it’s now been put into dialogue form.
